I would like to vote Cheer Force Elite Team Intensity. The organization as a whole is built on a foundation of respect for the sport and their teammates. This team vary’s in age and skill ranges but they all have a love for cheer that in transparent at practices and competitions, It starts with an amazing owner Devon Bobe, a strong coach Melissa Conley and the desire to instill hard work, kindness and the passion to be the best they can be. Each teammate strives to give positive energy, to uplift their teammate and regardless of any struggles be there not as a teammate but as a sister. They share a beautiful chemistry and have learned to communicate with each other with zero words. This level of respect and care is not just with the athletes but the cheerleaders behind the cheerleaders. The parents. They have a beautiful relationship of car pools, late night private messages of life struggles and comforting shoulders and last minute summit reveal party planning. Each person involved in this team shows what real teamwork is like eager to give praise when praise is due and quick to take wise words when it’s time to be humble. They have had an amazing year and I personally believe epitomize a true caring and kind team.
