This is a double SHINE Award Nomination!
At East Coast Championships, both teams were tied for first place and Level 2 Champions. They had competed against each other 3 times all season. Shine Athletics winning one and Island All-Stars winning one and tied for the third one. There was an error at the competition and Shine was not announced as the tied winner until later. So Island All-Stars sent Shine Athletics a pizza party and Shine Athletics sent Island All-Stars a gigantic cookie cake. That's amazing sportmanship.
